Built in 1963, The Devon is a 15-story building consisting of 200+ residential and commercial condos. Businesses are located on the 1st floor, Coiffure Limited Hair Salon and Physiotherapy Associates (rehab and physical therapy provider) as well as several medical offices.

Devon residential condos range in size from 450 sq. ft. efficiency units to 3 bedrooms of 1470 sq. ft. Most units include a private balcony which provide a great outdoor entertaining space. Condominiums are available to rent and/or purchase. Our monthly condo fee includes electric, water, gas, heat, air conditioning, cable television and trash / recycle service.

The Devon has a pool for use exclusively by its residents and their guests. Onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Underground parking is available for purchase. The parking lots and parking garage are monitored 24/7 via security cameras. Additional safety features include 24/7 doorman service and a secured keyless entry system for residents.
